Digitalization and Industry 4.0 are still handled far too abstractly today. Basically, it’s quite simple:
Wherever manual intervention is still required today to allow one software to interact with another software, this has to be eliminated. Today, we still see this very often, especially in the interaction between the production level and IT.
If these interfaces are automated, the knot is resolved as if by itself.
